Well what a ride. About 4 weeks ago we found out we have an Acardiac Twin. That means that one of the twins doesnt have a heart and the blood supply for the second baby comes from the healthy twin (pump twin).
We are in the process of having to go to Auckland for surgery tomorrow and will find out the approach on Tues and have an appointment at 8:15am at Fetal Medicine.
We will keep you posted as to how things are going and the updates as soon as we have them. Until then please pray...we need it.
